Marcy Van Dusen heads our litigation department as the lead trial paralegal.
Marcy began her legal career as a secretary for one of the largest personal injury law firms in Texas over ten years ago and has also worked as a legal assistant for a large insurance defense firm. With over a decade of experience in the legal industry on both sides of the docket, Marcy has developed a good eye for issues that are important to our cases and has become a valuable member of the Montes Herald Law Group family. Marcy is innovative and tenacious in her approach to cases, and gets the job done.
Marcy is originally from El Salvador, and is fluent in Spanish. Marcy is the proud mom of two children, a girl and a boy.
Shonda Clay is the insurance benefits coordinator for our clients.
Shonda graduated from the Arlington Career Institute and began her legal career with the Montes Herald Law Group shortly thereafter. Shonda came to our firm after working for collections departments for various local hospitals and medical providers. Her background is extremely beneficial in coordinating various insurance benefits that our clients are entitled to receive.
Shonda is a valuable member of our team and is the proud mom of two little boys.
